The courts are starting to catch up…

Back in July, the PA supreme court ruled that retroactive application of individuals sentenced before SORNA was applied is unconstitutional. Finally, the court’s are catching on with what the data and those who are familiar with constitutional law have been saying all along. Data based and common sense reforms are needed and this is a big step in the right direction. Please see the news article below.
